The first week is nearly finished and we all managed to part with a few items and survive. The un-collecting Dad would be ahead in the game if we were racing. He's got photos of stuff ready to go for the next two weeks. I, on the other hand, have had some trouble deciding what is next. Anyway, the daddy-o's stuff for next week...
When cleaning out bedroom dressers, he came up with several time pieces and a passport wallet we used for a trip to Italy. The wallet could stay or go but the clocks must GO. Neither of us could remember when these stopped working or why they weren't thrown away. Actually, the big round one still works but it ticks and ticking in the bedroom is no good. So out they go.
In the mean time, I will continue looking for the next big thing that will lighten up our home. As for the youngest UN, well, we think maybe he wanted each of the books from this week to count as a week. If so, you won't be hearing from him until early March.
